what is a bistro meal ??? I haven't been reading lately so I missed out on what this is ?? have a blessed day

dreamcatcher10, Kroger has a cafeteria (bistro - French) in my store where they have what I will call for lack of a better word a buffet, served by the staff. Small, medium, and large meals depending on how many sides you get. Medium Coke and a whole wheat roll. They serve what's called comfort food - probably not that good for you - too much salt and carbs - portions too large - but I normally only get one once a week. I don't always finish it - stick the plastic container in my backpack to eat later. To their credit, they do have healthy fish like salmon but I usually have stuff that I don't eat at home like beef or pork and bread pudding. 

I'm glad I don't have that Kroger near me. Wal-mart has a deli in their super store about 10 miles from here...But I walk no where near it. Don't need to be tempted, though I am better at ignoring "bad for you" food. 

I was wondering what a Bistro meal was, thanks for asking dreamcatcher10. Thanks for filling us in ChrisComedy. No Kroger near me, good thing! I have to worry about steering past the local burger joint and there $1 burgers. lol.
