Down 1 pound today. I know more work needed to get off more pounds. I really want to reach my goal weight of 140 before the end of the year. I want to loose it naturally as I don't believe in drugs and fad diets. I enjoy every moment of my workout and the progress. It took me 4 years to get here and I know it will take me some time to get it off. I thank everyone who comments on site as I don't feel alone in my struggle. Thank you so much for your comments.
