3.7 lbs lost in a month. I did expect it to be a bit more. I haven’t stepped off plan a single day. Being ill with Covid may have played a roll as it tanked my activity level. Regardless, I have been trying to drop my Pandemic pounds for over a year and this is the first time I’m seeing sustained results so that is AWESOME! 4 weeks until vacay, I hope to be at 165/down 1 dress size by then 💪🏻
