I have been slacking this week. Maybe much needed rest as I have been hitting the gym hard for two months. Tuesday I will get back on track. Straight protein, low to no bad carbs and the gym. I have accomplished to shrink 2 inches in my waist line. I am down to 256 LB although a gain in muscle mass. I am proud of me. Also thanks to all I am following and or watching. Very good motivation!

My ridiculously fit husband always tells me that rest is the most important part of exercise. Yesterday I know I needed a total rest day. The trick is not to string too many of them in a row. You got this! 👍
