Wednesday: I'm happy to say, I had a big loss from yesterday. So I'm off to a good start. I don't expect to continue this rate of loss, but it certainly gives me a good feeling to know that the little I did yesterday already made an impact. Yay!!!!
Well, it was a great day UNTIL the evening! I overate. I was hungry, and I overate. I did not pace myself well during the day somehow, although I thought I had. And I became famished. Maybe I had dinner too early, around 5:00. So I'll see how it affected me on the scale later because from now on I'm going to weigh myself daily and record it daily. So no star for Wednesday.

Nice work on losing. One bad instance of overeating won't hurt too much. It just lets you know where you need to do additional planning.
