You can do this!
Rather than stressing yourself about it, give yourself bite-sized, concrete, positive goals every week (or day, or whatever Unit works for you). Like, today I’ll walk for so many minutes, or so many steps; this week I will drink 40 ounces of water today . . . Even setting a goal around being kind to yourself and saying positive things when you feel down can get you moving in the direction you want to go.
Good luck!

Don’t let someone else hold the key to YOUR happiness. Good timing, no distractions. Get this done!

Sorry to hear about your break up. It's always hard when a relationship ends. Try to focus on your diet and exercise. Then if he happens to see you and you look great he will regret breaking up.

Girl! F*** that. Use this as motivation. I do my best work when I’m proving someone else wrong. I work my hardest when I was told I couldn’t do it. And I kick booty when I am knocked down and told to stay. Find that fire. I know you got it. Use that motivation and let it drive you. I believe in you. Do this for you yes! But use his loss as your motivation to kick ass. Don’t throw away all your hard work on someone else, at the end of the day the only person you are punishing is you. You are the one that had to work hard to get it off again. And keep reaching out to the community. We got your back.

You simply do what you must do. Make it YOUR time for your beautiful self. Find food that is low cal and delicious and take some walks where you can get connected to your community and with nature. Good for the soul❣️

The cheaper option is to eat less calories than you burn. Just eat whole foods, count your calories and move throughout the day

I really agree with RN16. Whole real foods are generally more satisfying, as well as usually healthy.

Please read labels! A lot of Slimfast products are FULL of sugar. Eat what you want, but be informed. They also contain fiber (usually cellulose, I think) that absorbs water to make your stomach feel full for a while. You can get similar effects from other fibers - bran, psyllium husk (Metamucil), glucomann, etc., which you can buy separately from Amazon or GNC. Whatever you do to lose weight should be something sustainable you can do forever, so you don't gain the weight back. That's why I'm eating real food (including carbs, woohoo!) and counting calories by logging all my food on FS.

Do a protein shake instead! I use Orgain, no sugar (sweetened with Stevia). Also, walk an hour a day (no breaks). You don't have to be panting or sweating, just do the hour straight every day.
