So today I weighed in while I was at a doctor's appointment (not for diet reasons) and because it was a good thing- lost 2 pounds-of course I wanted to report it :) haha. I guess I just need some positivity to help me get back to the momentum I had prior to my 6th week. Anyway, I do not want to be unkind with myself. I recognize that self-compassion helps more than bashing on myself for not following my plan 100% perfect. I will do my best moving forward as I said in previous entries.
