Didn't wear blue light blocking glasses until 11 pm. Seven hours of sleep, followed by two hours of drowsing listening to podcasts. I had a wide awake episode but was able to recover.
Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.
Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want).
The Vegetti should arrive today. I found the Striiv "smart" pedometer and will start using it again today.

Have you tried turning off the podcasts after using the blockers? If you haven't yet, you should try it. Anything on in the house after I've gone to bed always keeps me nodding and waking. Nice weight drop, guy.

I also like quiet, have made my room darker this week, even the dogs are sleeping better.. It's been proven that quiet and darkness makes for better sleep.
