OK, it's Sunday everyone...and I am packing my suitcase for a work trip followed by a holiday...am going to set a goal of 3 days a week of heavy walking. I don't believe I have a scale where I am going so hoping for 6.3 (taking me below the 170s) pounds of loss over the next 5 weeks .. will check in on November 15...I get back on Nov 10th but I always gain 3 to 5 lbs on flying...so Nov 15th should be a true reflection. I had my goal as 170 I think...now I'm thinking 150 might be cool...I will wait and see what Nov brings ..
