weighing as often as you do that could just be a fluctuation, I notice you are losing weight, HOORRRAAYYY! Hey you take what you can get! I do believe the late nite snacking is our worst enemy. Hard to break a lifetime of habits. But look at your results, its working and you are heading back down, your weigh chart looks fantastic!

Thank you buddy! Every day I tell myself to not get on the scale-see how well that's working. I've def. kept to the nothing after 9PM rule and have eliminated everything that looks like a carb. Trying to eat more protein than anything else.
