Happy with my progress so far, feeling great, ketones at 1.9mmol which is okay but could be better, going on an 8 week holiday in 1.5 weeks so I'll try keep it strict until then and hopefully lose another 2kg. I have started weight training and I am amazed at how I am gaining strength, I started slow light weights as I do not want to injure myself. My goal for benchpress is 230lbs for 2 reps by Aug 2023, squats and deadlift, my only goal for now is form.
