I have no clue how it happened but I gained 1.4 pounds from my last weigh in. My calorie count was 1779 and the only thing I did different was eating pasta with a couple of meals.
I didn't get my exercise is but to gain this just doesn't make sense does it?
I posted a new image that is helping me at the moment for obvious reasons. We tend to beat ourselves up when we don't perform and don't forgive ourselves and just move forward. Let's make an effort to follow what the image I posted says shall we?

With pasta and carbs like that, your body holds water along with the carbs.

Yea, I always temporarily gain with pasta. Pasta can cause the body to hold water. Protein pushes water out and carbs hold water. As long as stayed within your caloric intake, you should be fine in a few days.
