I am VERY pleasantly surprised today! I went offline for nearly a week, watching what I was eating but not tracking really at all. This is the first week since mid-June, when I started this, that I didn't follow through "100%" and I (thankfully!!) still lost some weight! Lesson learned?: just because I don't always do it 100% doesn't mean I'm failing, and if I continue to be mindful I can achieve my goals. Also -- get back on track as soon as I can.. and don't forget the exercise. I am quite sure that is what contributed to the loss this week. onward and upward!!

You are not failing at all , such the fact that you are now mindful and keeping track of what you are eating and exercise shows you will reach your GOALS. The mind change you are going thru is sometimes more important at first than any thing else. When our mindset changes our bodies will follow.
