Well my first week back on this was not as I expected. It was harder than usual to prepare food. I had late meals and too many carbs. If I had to pick the worst part was not drinking enough water. I gained 0.8 pounds. I know that could be water weight but still I know I could have done better. This week my #1 priority is going to make sure I drink enough water. Not just for hydration but to keep my oxygen flowing much better.
