Darn it. Still counting it as a win though. Have discovered that drinking water, especially with meals is helpful to keep me full for longer. As a result, I'm not having to eat the entire allocation of calories in a day. I still get close (to within about 200 to 300 calories), but not to within 20 or 30 like last week. But I also haven't been quite as intense on the exercise this week with a sore shoulder, but still trying to keep active.
