I actually have not weighed myself since August 1st (when I first started with a trainer) I was 138..after that I decided to get rid of my scale, now the only scale I can use if needed is in my gym. I refuse to weigh myself during my fat loss journey because I want to lose fat and gain muscle and strength and looking at a scale won't help my motivation..so I figured I will weigh myself once I get to my goal fitness level, just out of curiosity of how much I weigh. I feel so much better not knowing my weight
