Well...it is official...I lost, not as much as I would have liked too, but I did loose and I am very excited about it! I have followed the EFS almost 100%, this weekend was tough due to playing ball again, but I did my best. Packed a lot of the foods, but did eat out. I tried to get the right stuff, but did munch on some of the wrong things, but I am cool with it! I lost YAH HOO!!!! That is what matters! I put a pair of pants on this morning and they were so baggy...I need to go shopping again! I am very stocked and very excited to be on to Cycle 2....can't wait to see what happens at the end of this week. I have been weight training along with the EFS so I know that has a lot to do with not loosing as much as I would have liked, but I also know that I did good considering that my pants are falling off of me. Even my ball pants this weekend were baggy, that is such a great feeling! Hope everyone else had a great weekend and the weigh ins went like you wanted them too!
My food for today: Breakfast: 2 Egg Whites and a smoothie Meal #2: Piece of Fruit Meal #3: 1/2 cup Beans, 1/2 cup Rice Meal #4: Not sure yet, but will most likely be a piece of chicken and veggies or something.
