Mixing up the foods a bit, adding Hemp seeds to the morning steel cut oats, tried them with the yogurt and blueberries I have for a night time snack, ugh. Not going to do that again, too chewy with the yogurt. It's kind of fun mixing up different foods, I do get too much protein though, need to up the fiber. Staying the course!
