Well Well...the Holiday Season, parties, many family gatherings and parties really put me over the top in weight gain! I gained about 13 pounds from my last weigh in.
Since I look at the positive, I weighed about 269 pounds at this time last year; that's about a 50 pound loss. Plus, I haven't exercised and ate like crazy and drank like a fish the last month so what else was going to happen right? :) It's not like I was on track with food and exercise and gained weight, it was something I expected it.
Also, this is my day to get back on track and finally get to my goal weight, since I anticipate losing a substantial portion of what I recently gained in a short time. I anticipate losing 7 pounds by next week and going from there.
