Off to have lunch out. Weight holding. I won't jeopardize it. Today is workout day so I may go a bit over to get the extra protein. Going to buy a piece of light steel cable. It seems my rope on my homemade pull down system wasn't up to the task. :)

Yes. Actually lats are pretty good, but I want to get the strength up. I'm going to give a bit more focus to shoulders and abs. I can't believe I've been lifting for over two years. I love it.

Yeah, but... I'm Canadian. What's up with that? And breakfast was at 11:30 AM, unless you count the coffee.

So there is it - right around 4 pounds of water, bloat and yuck, gone with the wind. Now it's time for the grind - 1 or 2 pounds a week in fits and starts. Keep it up and the numbers will lean in your favor. Great job! Go team NM!
