Thanks you buddies. Its like 1st step of and AA program, admitting I have a problem ! hAHAHa ! I happy to be back and looking forward to my swim this evening. I didnt even feel hungry or tired today. Really pumped up and reaving to go. I bought over 300. of all atkins groceries and ready to attack!!. Bye bye bad carbs, hello new me :)
