How you feeling today? Any headaches? I hope you are a bit more optimistic now 🙂 

Yes, Anne, I do feel more optimistic about my dietary habits. Headache is still there. Today is bigger as feeling more anxious. I am getting ready to go to the hospital for the preassesment for my knee operation.  

Probably a stress headache at the thought of the hospital. But imagine how good you will feel afterward, it is done and you are one step closer to fixing your knee. Good luck! 

I have got shunt inside of my head. It did releases some pressure inside of my head. I got less headaches. But several years ago they got worse ( they different types : mostly tension headache, but also it reacts on weather change, menstruation, stress and migraines. One day I can have headache like 8 out 10, another day 4 out 10, on a pain scale for last 3 years I did not had even a day less than 4. After covid it got worse.  

Unfortunately, I did not pass physical assessment today for my knee operation. The nurse when she was listening my chest, heart , she heard murmur. So she sent me to the echo scan and afterwards my surgeon and anaesthetic doctor will decide how it is changed sence 3 years ago when I had echo scan.  

Aww, I didnt realise, Yelena. I have a family member with a shunt in his head due to meningitis as a child. It can indeed be a challenge. All the very best.
