Recording everything and exercising, but its not going as smoothly as I would have hoped. I think my clothes are beginning to fit better, but I am certainly not seeing results on the scale yet. I guess when i look at the beginning of January, I have made progress. I have worked out 15 days so far in January so something has to be happening!!!!
