Great attitude! You are right about water retention. You probably ate something yesterday with more sodium and that's why.And really-that's not even a gain! If I weighed myself daily, I would jump off a cliff. Your weight fluctuates so much from day to day. But everyone is different and you obviously have found the right path for you! Keep up the great work-a great weekend to you and all our FS "warriors"-lol!
