Just coming back to FS after a 7 year pause, you will see a couple of weight adjustments as I restarted my data, I am back and I am motivated to regain my health after gaining back all but 9 pounds of the 128 pounds I lost in 2014-2016. It crept up slowly over the years, but creep up it did. So......

Thanks guys, I did not do my refeed weight this week, Sunday was my break fast day and I forgot to step on the scale until I had a belly full of water and coffee and breakfast in me already. I like to weigh first thing in the morning before all that added yet disposable weight hits me. So next Sunday morning I will have a post fast weight and Monday morning I will have a post refeed weight.
