With as hard as I've worked, I was really hoping I would have lost more than 2 lb over 2 weeks. I was hoping I would have lost at least 2 lb per week. but at least I'm moving in the right direction, frustrating though it is. I am hoping, however, that some of that is water retention from yesterday. I had a very hard ride yesterday morning, and then we had a family cookout at my cousin's, and although I didn't do too bad calorie-wise, I did have a lot of salty food. I need to be better about weighing in and try next week. and also try to make sure that I don't eat anything salty a day or two before my weigh-in.
