Taking a week off from the gym, so I've dropped my intake by about 800 calories; this has caused me to shed some water. Just for this week though.

I do miss training. Wont be away from it for long though. I seem to be up and down due to water changes, so I'm just kind of ignoring it for now.

Or did you mean do I miss being lazy? :P If that is the question then no, I do not. The way that my body and mind felt when I was eating whatever I wanted and sitting around doing nothing every day after work aren't worth it. I enjoy training too much, and would miss it more.
