Finally! I'm in the 165 range again. I don't think it's fair that it's so easy to gain weight but so hard to loose it. So I'm happy to see this number finally arrive. I've been here before and once i get below it, I never want to see it again.
It's a great day today. Apparently, it's International happy day. So be happy and go pay it forward. Give someone a smile, buy someone a coffe, compliment someone or give someone a hug and remember: it's a great day to be alive.

WTG - I wish I could say the same. I seem to stay away from FS when I'm not doing so well, weight wise, which is why I haven't been around. I will get my act together - who knows, maybe today. Hope you have a great one!
