go for it! similarly a bit sedentary and hampered by health things... finding it tough to lose but realise not eating healthily so that had to be addressed as part of calorie controlling. in 7 weeks have only lost just over 6lb ... very hard . but i realise that judging by history i would have put at least 1 or 2lbson if hadnt started to make changes. so your goal is good. you have made a start. stick with it.
