Thank you KETO for putting me back on track, it's been hard getting back into Ketosis, and I think I have a bit to go yet, but I am totally enjoying the journey I realise that this big loss is water weight, but I look forward to embracing the little losses too. Its a double celebration too, I have someone doing a 2nd viewing less than a week of my house going on the market 🤞😀

Last week weight drop made me realise that probably KETO I'd the way to go for me as well. Wish you all luck with swift home sales, though move is always nerve wracking.

Thank you ta300k, I am out wandering round town atm while viewings happen, nice to have time out! I keep dipping out of KETO to see if something else would suit me too, but I always end up back on it, I should just accept that it's the best for me 🤷♀️
