Counting down the days that I see the doctor for my knee. I just want the pain to stop and to be able to get back into the gym. Working out keeps me in a good mood. Hurting daily makes me a WITCH...:( But, I work hard at not taking my pain out on anyone else. I got all of my water down yesterday and dropped three pounds. After picking up a number of pounds these past few weeks, I'll take a lost anyway I can get one. :) Today's focus is CLARITY, I will focus my thoughts and decisions on being clear.
