Good morning I decided to day to plan out my day. This way I know what to put I my mouth and the points they are. I am doing very well. I am on track it for more then I use to be and being honest with myself about what I am doing. That the best part. I know I can do this and this journal is really helping I have never wrote in a journal before this is all new to me. I am really glad they have for me to use. I am going to take the dog for a walk when I get off this and later this afternoon the gym. I'll be back tonight to track my exercise.

I think planning out your day will really help. I eat the same things almost every day, only because it's easier for me. I love this journal. It definitely works!
