What a week, it feels like ages since my last weigh in, I had to double check I didn't miss a week. This week was amazing, I started it out with ny favourite Chinese food (crumbed beef) on Monday and then stayed consistently on top of my calories all week. I was more active in my day to day trying to get in some exercises at home. I only reached the gym once but I had a good session. This week we picked up a new Nutribullet and I have been going pretty hard with the smoothies which has been awesome. Here's to another great week. 💪
