I never thought I'd be so happy to be back in the 150s. I know I can do this. I little starvation (in a healthy way) never hurt anyone =) I've limited alcohol bigtime too and have not been going out and scarfing a huge lunch during work. I'm almost scared to get back on the scale in the morning. I don't ever wnat to be in the 160s again. It's way to heavy for me. Wish me luck this week!

Curious, how tall are you? We have very similar goals. :) Congrats on being in the 150's!!
It's such a great achievement. I also feel my best when I am below that 160 mark. I overdid it on free day and tipped the scales over the magic number. If you read my last journal entry, you'll know I'm changing the way I approach my free days to help avoid that situation and give me some boundaries. A 10% calorie boost every 7-10 days will increase your metabolism. Even Jillian Michaels talks about it. :)
Keep up the great work! You're doing it!

rdfox81 - I'm 5'5". I need to be 135-140 to feel thin. I'm pleased to be back in the 150s and going to work my butt off to get in the 140s. I have my goal set at 135 but even if I can get back to 145 I will be really happy with that. I hoping I will be there realistically by Christmas. I' not familiar with the diet you're following. I'm basically just trying to limit my calories to 1500-1600 per day and eat as much protein as possible.
