It will just keep doing what you are doing and it will happen. It honestly happens to us all I've been stalled a few times my self including these last few weeks.

I found that I needed to keep an eye on my Macros to lose weight I try for 70% fat, 10% carbohydrate, and 20% protein. though I do try to push for more Protein some days. Too many Carbs are really dangerous for me.

Make sure your Macros are balanced, I try to use use approx. 50% fat.30% protein and 20% carbs. Carbs are my worst enemy...
