210 lbs today... had to step on the scale like 10 times be sure bc I couldn't believe it but Ill take it. Thats 40lbs since 01/01. I want to say I owe it all to the 13 hours of exercise I got in this week. Im slowly adding in stuff here and there and enjoyed some jicima this weekend. I have to add that I hate ricotta cheese and my attempt to make ice cream out of it failed horribly. Lesson learned. Mike is also down 10 more lbs since he went to the recruiter so its looking good. He picked up his cap n gown today so nothing can go wrong today, since Im so proud and happy. Got a new water bottle since my was lost the day I stopped that fight in the park. Also, I switched from splenda to stevia and my stomach issues are easing up. Goals for the week are to keep adding in new foods ever other day, dont be scared if my carb count goes up, stay on point with my work outs and drink more water... Cheers every one.

May I celebrate with you? 40 pounds is an amazing act. Best of luck with this weeks experiment. Very important to add in other foods because this is not a diet but a way of life. And sending congratulations to Mike as well!

THANK YOU EVERYONE for all your support... I would not have made it with out such a great group of buddies. You are always there thru the good and bad,, and i wish we all knew each other in person.. Hugs to every one and any one who is stuggling to loose just stay focus bc im proof even if you 40 yrs old and 80 lbs overweight you can do it... Im to the half way mark with this small victory today... Fillet mignon to celebrate tonight.. after my work out. LOL
