I DID IT!. I've been struggling with my weight lost journey. I lost the 30lbs I was after...2 years ago, Then I quit my toxic, crap job...and the weight found me again. I eat 1000 calories (a day...or under) I exercise and the weight wouldn't leave. I set a mini goal, of 156 lbs by the end of Jan. I stepped on the scale today....155 lbs baby!!! New mini challenge...152, by the end of Feb. Thank you my skinny friends, it really does help to rant once in a while.
