I think the peanut butter is still punishing me. I couldn't resist again last night, but I did eat less. I guess that's a good thing.

I can't blame the peanut butter completely though. My work schedule was messed up yesterday and I only drank half of my usual water for the day. I just didn't have time and part of the time I was covered in grease up to my elbow's so I really didn't want to grab my bottle and take one.

With the weekend here, I may have more time to work out along with working outside and maybe keeping away from the food I don't need...... I have a trip to my mom's planned for today and I'm not allowed to eat at her house (mothers will feed you anything) so I'll take only things I can have and not too much of it.

Weekends also bring the bad habits like not drinking enough water. I'm still working on breaking that habit.

eat some celery with the peanut butter, you will feel better about it lol.

If the peanut butter is too tempting don't have it in your house or only in small amounts. That way you can't overeat. Have a nice weekend.

I can relate, nuts are my weekness. I think the only way to prevent it to get a less satisfying type. It makes it easier to resist. Have a great weekend.

Have you tried a product called PB2? It is a powdered form of peanut butter that actually tastes really good! You use 2 tbsp of the powder and mix it with 1 tbsp of water. It is 45 calories, 5g of protein and 1.5 g of total fat. I find that it satisfies my peanut butter craving. I also use it in the powder form as a dip for an apple.

I have the PB2 as well. I have both the regular and the chocolate. It's really good!

PB2 is really good. I have tried both regular and chocolate. I love to eat it with apples and put it in my smoothies :-)

PB2 is a great product and may be the answer for your cravings.
