Hello everyone! I need to lose weight so that I can have surgery on both knees. I’m eating healthier, upped my protein intake and drinking more water. I’m finding great low calorie recipes (that I’ll share soon). My question is that even with these positive changes, I’ve actually gained 4 pounds. Is this because of the higher protein? Does anyone know why this can be?
