so another week of busting my ass and I gained 4/10 of a pound. my body sucks. I guess the only way for me to lose weight is to starve myself and exercise like an animal. I put together a new meal plan for the week that has nothing but a serving of oatmeal for breakfast chicken breast roasted chickpeas and dandelion greens for lunch and dinner and a snack of either carrots and peanut butter or apple and peanut butter. it's less than 1700 calories a day and it is almost 120 g of protein a day. my sodium will also be at about 1600 mg and my potassium will be over 3,500 mg. my net carbs will also be about 140, with 58g of fiber.
