Hi it is tough when you have a family and busy lifestyle...I make sure I have frozen cooked meals all labeled with each ingredient in grams easy to add into calorie app...I also have cooked veggies and cooked protein all ready to grab for lunch or supper...Every now and then I will have 3 to 4 blocks dark chocolate with my coffee in evenings takes my sweet tooth cravings away...Good luck you welcome to whatsapp me if you need to chat ...I am no dietician I'm just someone that also struggles with my relationship with food.

Thank you so much Heidi. I'm also a single mommy living on one income so good wholesome food is not always the cheapest to buy. Pasta is cheap and goes far with the kiddos. I try to make healthier choices but it's just not always an option.

Michelle I have started using frozen veggies for myself, it really is economical and makes my meals go much further. I also always boil up my bones for stock and use that to make myself nutritious soups.
