How long are you in the cast? 

@LoadGod - I sprained my right ankle on the 1st of June and I'am still wearing a cast today, the 12th, more than 1 week after. On next monday, 15th, 2 weeks from when it happened I have to go in and have it... changed (my cast - which is actually... kind of a... "half cast, the "back" half & half bandages, on the front part of the leg & foot"). I was supposed to have it for 10 days, minimum, but things did not get good enough to even start thinking about it. :) Cabbage leafs compresses reaaally help! :) I'd post pictures, maybe they may give some reference to somebody with the same problem (I looked for pictures like this :D ), but my skin is very yellow from the disinfectant they used and it looks gross, with bruises and all :) . Just... try not to damage yourself in any way - that's not just something that will do losing weight much harder, but it will add up to the problems you had in the first place - loool: maybe that would actually make a great "diater's tabletop picture", looooool!!! We don't want people to actually starve themselves, right?!Loooool! Anyway... thanks for asking and good luck with everything! :)  

It's "leaves" :D - I know... Or, at least, some of my neurons know it and, now, they are back from luch break or something... :D :))))))))))))))))))))
