I have been eating my feelings lately, but nothing worth doing is going to be easy. I have looked at my overall habits and I'm slowly going to incorporate better habits that will support my dream life. I need to stop trying to do so much at once. I keep trying to do it all at once instead of picking one thing I can confidently and successfully change. Today, it will be removing myself from temptation by taking my 15 minute break at work out in my car, instead of in the break room by the snacks.
