Well I have stuck with it so far this week, even when out for a meal, I made sure I ate sensibly. I have another meal tomorrow night, plan to have fish and a salad, so can't really go wrong with that.

I am having pressure to have wine, no matter how many times I say no thank you, they keep saying that I should, it wont do any harm blah blah blah. You wonder why others try so hard to sabotage others good efforts!

I will only have what I want to have, I have my swimming lessons tonight, so that is good exercise and away from the saboteurs haha.

Lets hope that this time next week I am another couple of lb.'s towards my goal.
