Just got back from Pilgrimage late last night. Did a good bit of walking, but it was mostly slow walking. Also did a lot of sitting, but with arm movements, clapping and singing and some standing, occasionally, to do the motions that involved rocking or stepping forward, etc. along with the clapping and singing.
Diet was really hard to stay on if I didn't want to starve (haha) but I did my best. Really hard to keep the food diary though, because with a lot of the food I had no clue what was in it or how they made it (it was homemade - served buffet style) at least I could control my portions.
Instead of losing this week, I gained. I went from 153.6 to 154.2. Not quite a pound, "oh well". But I am back home now and hopefully back on track so I should do better . . . and I'll keep on smiling!!! :)
