feeling a bit despondent as not lost anything in the last 11 days. I'm averaging 1300 calories a day still and have now started walking an extra 10,000 steps each evening this week to try to change things up a bit. overall I'm lighter than I was and can see a slight change, but my goal of wearing shorts this summer (let alone a swim suit) is starting to look unachievable.
I know I shouldn't care what people think but even I don't want to look!
