Oooofff the 12 soccer lengths almost killed me yesterday. But this morning I woke up and felt a little more lean - which is amazing. And the scale even says so! Still don't think its accurate so I only changed it down .5 a pound to encourage myself... and I WILL pick up a scale today... so irritated that I haven't done this yet. Anyway I'm starting to feel great... and looking forward to my vacay in Vegas in 26 days... Not as tired today (I went back to sleep yesterday) I'm pretty sure I need 8 hours of sleep a day not 7. But it is what it is right now and a nap will have to work. Today I work... then its all about the weekend... very excited for sleeping in a little and being productive... we shall see. This is likely my last entry untill Monday... Unless I do another weigh in... but I'll likely wait untill after my "cheat day" tomorrow.
