I'm not sure what happened. I've followed the diet really well and recorded everything that went in my mouth - no exception.
I think it may be a hormonal fluctuation. I started my period a little over a week early (fun!) and I actually tend to lose a little the week prior (before i take on water!), so thats prob the explanation.
The important thing is this . . . I have lost inches!
I dont remeber the particulars right now and I'm not doing an official measurement until i start the next phase, but I will say this - my measurements are 37" - 30" - 38"
Oh, Yeah!
