Well, I lost the 1/2 to 3/4 pounds I had gained on pilgrimage, and then some - Yippee!! But now I am going on vacation for two weeks. This, however, should be easier . . . I will have more control over what I eat now than I did on pilgrimage. Hopefully, I will do okay. I really don't expect to lose much and as long as I don't gain I will be happy!! Even if I gain a little (being 2 pounds or less) I think that will be great for a two week vacation, but I am going to be working real hard on that not happening. Wish me Luck!! :)
