After a two day stall I did a correction day yesterday. It was actually a nice break. I was shocked this worked
I am currently on P2 day 8. This morning I released 1.2. Just for curiosity, I did a repeat today to see what happens before going back on vlcd.

Well today starts the challenge. I will lost my weight on Friday's (weekly) today I am up. The weekend sabatage. My son made smoked ribbs, omg, delish. But I went overboard. Oh well, it is what it is.
